Wheels Up North at The Motorist

Join us for a meet at the Motorist Hub! Saturday 30th April. Enjoy a day of wheels, builds and good food/drink.

Entry is advanced tickets ONLY and TICKETS ARE PER CAR NOT PER PERSON!

Every ticket will get automatic entry into a raffle on the day for some great prizes from our partners.

  • Entry is £6.00 per vehicle.

  • Advance tickets ONLY.

  • The entry fee is per vehicle NOT per person!

  • Vehicle registration numbers/names will be checked by marshals on entry against your pre-booking.

  • Vehicles will be directed to parking by marshals.

  • Vehicles: Everybody is welcome - Wacky, old, new, we love them all!

  • Trade - Please get in touch to organise a trade stand.

  • Clubs - Please get in touch to organise your club attending

  • Please keep the noise of vehicles to a minimum.

  • Police will likely be in the area monitoring people leaving and entering the event.

  • Opening times: The gates open at 9am and everyone will be off the site by 4pm.

  • There will be lovely food and hot drinks available in the on-site cafe.

  • Please clear all litter using the bins provided.

  • Dogs are permitted but MUST be on leads, please clear up any mess!

    Should the event be canceled for any reason, tickets will be carried forward to the next event and we will let you know via email.
