This week we have Wayne's 1990 Lamborghini Lamborghini Countach Replica, based on a Mirage kit. It was used in 1991 as the promo car for their magazine advert and brochure, although at the time it had the incorrect windscreen, which later was corrected and both pillars were narrowed down.

Now let's jump into more detail and discover some really interesting features of this Countach...

Whilst a replica, this not your usual MR2 rebody. The body is moulded directly from the genuine car and is near perfect albeit with only a few areas that could be improved, one of them being the sunroof which was added as ''Air Conditioning'' since the car doesn't have working side windows. Also on the outside we will be able to see quite a number of genuine parts, some of them being the side mirrors, headlights, and the wheels which have the correct size tyres fitted, the worthy mention here is the pair of 345 wide rears on the 15" alloys."

Engine wise - we've got a Rover V8 under the bonnet, with a very similar cooling setup that can be found in the Countach and it was nicely dressed up with some ''Lamborghini'' covers too! The exhaust has been custom made in order to have a good looking quad exhaust at the back. All of the intakes are functional that feed air into the engine, so from a kit car perspective, it's been put together quite nicely by its original owner.

Since he purchased it Wayne has started fixing up little issues and tidying up the interior. Which is not miles off from the real thing. We have a full leather interior, including the dash, with a few real Lamborghini parts inside as well.
